Start with about 2 cups of quartered cherry tomatoes (note:if doing this as a pasta salad base, you'll have to increase everything a little bit)
Add about 2-3 handfuls of parmesean cheese.
Finely chop 8-10 basil leaves and mix in.
Finally add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. I usually like to add some chopped sun dried tomatoes in oil, but I was out this time.
Scoop onto toasted baggette slices and voila!
ps:I swear my next recipe will be a totally different fromt the last two!
